Hi Friends!
My name is Hannah Nordhagen. My dream was to own a fitness studio, doing what I love, surrounded by inspiring people. That dream manifested into Loft 11 years ago.
We are passionate about developing fitness classes that are creative, uplifting, and allow our members to connect to their minds and bodies, finding focus, renewal, and awareness through movement.
We want you to feel welcome, to be yourself, and to find joy in moving your body!

You’re not just another face. You are a valued part of the Loft community and we can't wait to meet you!
Loft is my absolute favorite place in Helena. The instructors are wonderful at making sure that every person in class feels welcome and pushed to whatever limit they choose. The space is beautiful and there are plenty of class options to choose from.

• We don't require you to sign up for classes ahead of time, except for our rebounder (Bounce) class.

• We have yoga mats you can use or you are welcome to bring your own.
​
• All classes are done in bare feet or socks. Plan to show up 10 minutes before class begins.
