Over the summer, we want to give you a little background on our instructors so that you can get a feel for what makes them tick and why they are passionate about life! You may have taken a class from them, but what do they do off the mat? Welcome to our first installment: Meet Morgan!
Morgan teaches The Warm Yoga Strength classes Mondays at 6:00am and Wednesdays and 6:15am. She will also be teaching Loft Barre classes in the very near future. Morgan graduated from Carroll College in May of 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Health Science. She is a personal trainer and yoga instructor certified through ISSA. Currently, Morgan manages an outpatient physical therapy clinic and is pursuing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy this fall. Along with managing the PT clinic, she also waitresses at the Silver Star and coaches high school tennis.
Morgan is incredibly close to her family. A fun family fact (because yay alliteration) is that for her 18th birthday she went skydiving along with her mom, gram, and a best friend! In her downtime she likes to travel, dance, and do anything outdoors. Morgan is also super active. She enjoys running and has a marathon and several half-marathons under her belt. She loves to bake, and banana bread and homemade granola bars are her favorite. Scroll down to the bottom of the blog post for her go-to smoothie recipe!
As busy as Morgan is, she takes time to volunteer at Florence Crittenton in the Child Enrichment Center and at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Helena as a mentor.
If you haven’t met this amazing girl you should! She is every bit as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. It radiates from her!
