There are exciting changes happening at Loft Studio! We have a couple of new instructors and one returning!
We are so thrilled to welcome Lisa Underwood to our amazing group of instructors! Lisa will be teaching the 4:00pm Sunday class every week! It will be Hot Yoga Flow. She will start on Sunday, August 2nd. If you have never taken a class from Lisa you will want to! She is awesome!
Our favorite Alexa Daskalos in the whole world is returning to Helena and will be teaching a few classes a week starting Sunday, August 30th! We are adding a 9:00am Sunday Funday Flow (non-heated), which Alexa will teach, along with a Monday morning, 6:00am Morning Flow (non-heated), and a Thursday night, 6:45pm Candlelight Yin Yoga (non-heated). There will also be another inversion workshop in the near future!
For those of you who have been missing Barb Denowh’s classes (which would be anyone who has taken a class from her) will be so excited to know that she will be teaching Yin Yoga and Meditation, Mondays at 6:45pm and Yoga Flow, Wednesdays at 12:05pm starting September! Rumor has it that she will also be teaching weekend workshops. We are so humbled to be able to practice with her and welcome her back into the space she created for all of us!
Want a little extra balance and meditation in the middle of your week? Suzanne will be teaching a Wednesday, 6:00am Balance and Meditation class starting September 2nd! She will also add a Sunday evening Meditation class (non-heated) at 5:15pm.
Amidst all of this excitement, we are sad to say that Morgan will no longer be teaching at Loft. But we are so happy for her as she furthers her education in Oregon! We know she will only succeed at everything she does. The Thursday, 6:45pm Barre class and Monday, 6:00am Yoga Strength class will be canceled beginning August 1st until Alexa starts teaching her Yin Yoga and Morning Flow classes at those times in September.
We are canceling the Tues/Thurs 4:05pm classes for now but will be adding a Pilates class at that time in the near future. So check back often for that addition!
